Common use of Discretionary Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Discretionary Enforcement. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Bond Trustee may at any time, at its discretion and without notice, take such proceedings and/or other action as it may think fit against, or in relation to, the Guarantor or any other person to enforce their respective obligations under or pursuant to this Agreement or any other Transaction Document. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, at any time after the Security has become enforceable, the Bond Trustee may, at its discretion and without notice, take such steps as it may think fit to enforce such Security.
