Common use of Discretionary Trading and Funds Transfer Authorization Clause in Contracts

Discretionary Trading and Funds Transfer Authorization. The Fund hereby authorizes the Advisor to place orders, in the Advisor's discretion, for the execution of commodity transactions for the Account. The Fund constitutes and appoints the Advisor as its attorney-in-fact for such purpose, with full authority to act on the Fund's behalf (except that the Advisor shall not have any authority to withdraw any funds, securities or other property from the Account). Upon the Advisor's request, the General Partner shall deliver to the Advisor, and renew when necessary, a Commodity Trading Authorization form to the above effect.
