Common use of Discussions and Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Discussions and Negotiations. For all purposes of this Agreement, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the term “Confidential Information” shall be deemed also to include the content of any and all discussions and negotiations between Owner and Reviewer relating to the Property, including, without limitation, negotiations of any proposed sales price for the Property or any other term or element of any proposed sale of the Property.

Discussions and Negotiations. For all purposes of this Agreement, and and, subject to Section 2(b) hereof, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the term “Confidential Information” shall be deemed also to include the content of any and all discussions and negotiations between any of the Owner Parties and Reviewer the Reviewers relating to the Loan and/or the Property, including, without limitation, negotiations of any proposed sales price for the Property Loan or any other term or element of any proposed sale of the PropertyLoan.
