Disencumbering Funds. The Subrecipient agrees that Grant Funds determined by the Department to be surplus upon completion of an Approved Project(s) will be subject to disencumbrance by the Department. Subrecipient also agrees that if funds are not obligated to Approved Projects by milestones outlined in Section 6 of Exhibit A, the remaining funds will be subject to disencumbrance.
