If ASES notifies the Contractor of its intention to terminate the Contract as provided in Article 35, ASES may allow Enrollees to disenroll Immediately without cause. In the event of such a Termination, ASES must provide Enrollees with the notice required by 42 CFR 438.10, listing their options for receiving services following the Termination Date of the Contract.
