Disenrollment Effective Dates. Member disenrollment will become effective on the date specified by the Department. The PH-MCO must have written policies and procedures for complying with disenrollment decisions made by the Department. Policies and procedures must be approved by the Department.

RIte Care member disenrollments, which occur outside of the open enrollment process, will become effective on the date specified by EOHHS, but not fewer than six (6) days after the Health Plan has been notified.
