Dismissal of Released Claims as Against the Released Parties. (a) Upon the Effective Date, Settlement Class Members shall be deemed to irrevocably consent to the dismissal as against the Released Parties, without costs and with prejudice, of any and all of the Settlement Class Member’s Released Claims in any jurisdiction.
