Dispensing Food Clause Samples
Dispensing Food. Tenant shall not, without the prior written consent of Landlord, permit the dispensing, preparation, or serving of any beverages or food in the Premises, except as may be usual and customary in an office kitchenette. Furthermore, Landlord acknowledges and permits Tenant’s preparation and testing of food products for purposes of product training and demonstration purposes.
Dispensing Food. Tenant shall have the right to permit the dispensing, preparation, or serving of any beverages or food in the Premises from the kitchenette area of the Premises. Tenant shall only be permitted to warm food using a microwave oven in the kitchenette area, and in no event shall Tenant ▇▇▇▇ any food in such area.
Dispensing Food. Landlord consents to Tenant’s use of a kitchen area(s) within the Premises for the preparation and serving of food and beverages and the use of any ice machine, refrigerator, coffee machines and microwave, in each case, in a manner consistent with pantry areas used in multi-tenanted first class office buildings in northern New Jersey.
