Display of Trademarks; Labels. Licensee shall display the Trademarks in a manner reasonably acceptable to Licensor and, if required by Licensor, shall include notices on all Collateral Materials reflecting Licensor’s ownership of the Trademarks. Licensee shall submit to Licensor for its approval any labels and any other such display items or packaging materials designed by Licensee to be used in connection with the Licensed Products, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
