DisplayKEY Clause Samples

DisplayKEY. If selected, Organization leases to Keyholder, and Keyholder leases from Organization, the DisplayKEY and DisplayKEY Cradle (collectively, “DisplayKEY”) (which may be new or refurbished). The equipment and software incorporated in the DisplayKEY enables Keyholder to obtain a current update code; open and perform other iBox functions; and upload property‐showing data.
DisplayKEY. If Keyholder has selected the DisplayKEY and the DisplayKEY Cradle (collectively the “DisplayKEY”), Organization leases to Keyholder, and Keyholder leases from Organization, the DisplayKEY (which may be new or refurbished). In addition, Organization grants to Keyholder (i) a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable sub-license to use the network, the use of which Organization licenses from UTC Fire & Security Americas Corporation, Inc. (“UTCFS”), which is necessary for the use and operation of the DisplayKEY (the “Network”) for the Term (as defined in Section 3 below) and (ii) a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable, revocable sub-license to use the software Organization licenses from UTCFS (the "Software") for the Term. The equipment and software incorporated in the DisplayKEY enable the Keyholder to obtain a current update code for the DisplayKEY; to open and perform other iBox functions with the DisplayKEY; and to upload property-showing data with the DisplayKEY.
DisplayKEY. If KEYHOLDER has selected the DisplayKEY and the DisplayKEY Cradle (collectively, the “DisplayKEY”) in Section I of Exhibit A attached hereto, Supra hereby leases to KEYHOLDER for the Term (as defined in Section 2(b) below), and KEYHOLDER agrees to lease, the equipment (which may be new or refurbished) incorporated in the DisplayKEY. In such case, Supra also grants to KEYHOLDER, and KEYHOLDER accepts, a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the Term to use the software incorporated in the DisplayKEY. The equipment and software incorporated in the DisplayKEY enable the KEYHOLDER to obtain a current update code for the DisplayKEY; to open and perform other iBox functions with the DisplayKEY; and to upload property showing data with the DisplayKEY.
DisplayKEY. If selected, Organization grants to Keyholder, a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable sub-license for the Term to use the DisplayKEY and DisplayKEY Cradle (collectively, the “DisplayKEY”) (which may be new or refurbished) Software. The DisplayKEY en- ▇▇▇▇▇ the Keyholder to: (i) obtain a current update code; (ii) open and perform other iBox functions; and (iii) upload property-showing data.
DisplayKEY. A networked electronic key that establishes a connection for data transfer via an analog phone line or a USB connection. Enables Keyholder to obtain a current update code; open iBoxes; and receive showing information. The DisplayKEY and DisplayKEY Cradle are collectively the “DisplayKEY.”
