Common use of Displays Accessible to the General Public Clause in Contracts

Displays Accessible to the General Public. Notwithstanding sections 4(a) and 4(b) of the Agreement, the Subscriber may permit the general public to access its Interrogation Devices provided that (i) the Subscriber controls the premises and accesses to them; and (ii) the Subscriber notifies TSX in writing of such installation. The Subscriber may allow individuals passing by or visiting the premises to operate or view the Interrogation Devices occasionally and for limited periods of time.
