Disposal Exercise Price. The authorized party agrees that when Party A exercises the right, all the exercise price obtained by the authorized party shall be presented to Zhuoxun Culture free of charge, or be transferred from the authorized party to Zhuoxun Culture by other ways agreed by Party A in writing.
