  • DISPOSAL OF WASTE MATERIAL Purchaser may sidecast waste material on side slopes up to 45% if the waste material is compacted and free of organic debris. On side slopes greater than 45%, all waste material must be end hauled or pushed to the designated embankment sites and waste areas identified in Clause 0-00 XXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX.

  • Disposal of Assets 88) Where the Academy Trust acquires assets for a nil consideration or at an under value it shall be treated for the purpose of this Agreement as having incurred expenditure equal to the market value of those assets at the time that they were acquired. This provision shall not apply to assets transferred to the Academy Trust at nil or nominal consideration and which were previously used for the purposes of an Academy and/or were transferred from an LA, the value of which assets shall be disregarded.

  • Treatment of Client Property Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall ensure that any adult client receiving services from the Contractor has unrestricted access to the client’s personal property. The Contractor shall not interfere with any adult client’s ownership, possession, or use of the client’s property. The Contractor shall provide clients under age eighteen (18) with reasonable access to their personal property that is appropriate to the client’s age, development, and needs. Upon termination of services to a client, the Contractor shall immediately release to the client and/or the client’s guardian or custodian all of the client’s personal property.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Disposal of Property a) Prior to disposal of any property purchased with funds from this Contract or any predecessor Contract, Subrecipient must obtain approval from CDA for reportable property. Disposition, which includes sale, trade-in, discarding, or transfer to another agency may not occur until approval is received from CDA. Subrecipient shall email to County the electronic version of the Request to Dispose of Property (CDA 248). CDA will then instruct County on disposition of the property, and County will notify Subrecipient. Once approval for disposal has been received from CDA, and the County has reported to CDA the Property Survey Report’s (STD 152) Certification of Disposition, the item(s) shall be removed from Subrecipient’s inventory report.

  • Distribution Restrictions The Employer must elect in Section 6.03 the Adoption Agreement the distribution events permitted under the Plan. The distribution events applicable to the Participant's Deferral Contributions Account, Qualified Nonelective Contributions Account and Qualified Matching Contributions Account must satisfy the distribution restrictions described in paragraph (m) of Section 14.03.

  • Allocation of Resources So that the mutually agreed­upon objectives of the agreement can be adequately met, resources from the School Board and the DJJ will be allocated based on the previously identified roles and responsibilities of each agency. XXX agrees to the following:
