Common use of DISPOSAL / SALE OF CARD ACCOUNT Clause in Contracts

DISPOSAL / SALE OF CARD ACCOUNT. (a) The Cardmember hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Bank may at its absolute discretion assign transfer, sell and/or vest the Cardmember’s Card Account or part thereof to such other institution, corporation, or statutory bodies as may be approved by Bank Negara Malaysia and/or set up under any Act or legislation of Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as “the Card Account Purchaser”) and towards this purpose the Cardmember hereby unconditionally and irrevocably consents to the disclosure of all information relating to the Cardmember and the Cardmember’s Card Account necessary to facilitate the assignment transfer, sale and/or vesting of the Card Account to the Card Account Purchaser as the Bank deem fit and necessary.
