Disposition Authority – Ophir Designed. Suppliers of Ophir Corporation designed parts do not have MRB authority unless specifically authorized in writing. The Supplier’s MRB shall not perform any disposition on any nonconformance to Ophir Corporation designed parts that affect form, fit, function, weight, interchangeability, maintainability, reliability, unique key characteristics or safety. The Suppliers disposition authority for Ophir Corporation designed parts is limited to rework to specification, return to Supplier, and scrap. The terms are defined as follows:
