Disposition of Acquired Facilities. For Emergency Shelter Solutions New Facilities Projects acquired by the Recipient for the purposes of the Program, the Recipient may dispose of the Project after the expiry of the Intended Use Period, or at an earlier date if the Recipient is of the view that the Project is no longer needed for its Intended Use, provided that the Recipient has complied with the Program Guidelines, including this Schedule “C-1”, and the Recipient reinvests the proceeds of disposition, if any, in the housing and homelessness sector.
