Common use of Disposition of Awards Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Awards. Except for any separate award for Tenant’s movable trade fixtures, relocation expenses, and unamortized leasehold improvements paid for by Tenant (provided that the same may not reduce Landlord’s award), all Taking awards to Landlord or Tenant shall be Landlord’s property without Xxxxxx’s participation, and Tenant hereby assigns to Landlord Xxxxxx’s interest, if any, in such award.
