Disposition of District Code Number. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Contract, after a recommendation is made by the Hearing Panel to revoke the Contract, or a decision by the University Board to revoke the Contract, the district code number shall remain under the direction and control of the State Board of Education and/or its designated representative.
