Describe plans to decontaminate the Premises, including bench tops, hoods, sinks, shelves, walls, floors, etc., utilizing cleaning agents that are appropriate with use history at the Premises in order to remove contamination and/or staining. Provide specific information regarding the type of decontaminating Agent(s) to be used on the Premises (except for Equipment, which is to be described above), anticipated location(s) of use, and proposed contact time for decontaminating Agent(s).
