Disposition of Expendable/Non-Expendable Real and Personal Property. The Subrecipient agrees to follow 2 CFR § 200.311 through 200.315 in regards to all real and personal property purchased in whole or in part with funds pursuant to this Agreement. These sections of 2 CFR Part 200, Subpart D govern the title, use, management, and disposition of real and personal property, which includes but is not limited to the following.
