DISPOSITION OF LICENSED PRODUCTS ON HAND UPON TERMINATION. 14.1. Upon termination of this Agreement by Licensee, Licensee may continue to sell any previously made Licensed Products during the one hundred eighty (180) days following the Termination Effective Date. 14.2. Licensee must submit reports on the sale of Licensed Products allowed under this Article 14 in accordance with Article 9 (PROGRESS AND REPORTS) and must pay The Reagents the portion of the Sublicensing Income received by Licensee, as specified in Paragraph 3.2, in respect of such sales. 14.3.
