Common use of Disposition of Non-Conforming Product Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Non-Conforming Product. The ultimate disposition of non- conforming Product will be the responsibility of Manufacturer and at Manufacturer’s expense, provided that the non-conformance is due to the actions or omissions of Manufacturer.
