Common use of Disposition of Notes Retired Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Notes Retired. All Notes received by the Trustee and for whose purchase Trust Monies are applied under this Article Twelve, if not otherwise cancelled, shall be promptly delivered to the Trustee for cancellation and destruction unless the Trustee shall be otherwise directed by the Co-Issuers. Upon destruction of any Notes, the Trustee shall issue a certificate of destruction to the Co-Issuers upon its request.

Disposition of Notes Retired. All Notes received by the Trustee and for whose purchase Trust Monies are applied under this Article TwelveSection 11.6, if not otherwise cancelled, shall be promptly delivered to the Trustee for cancellation and destruction unless in accordance with the Trustee shall be otherwise directed by the Co-Issuers. Upon destruction of any Notes, the Trustee shall issue a certificate of destruction to the Co-Issuers upon its requestTrustee’s customary procedures.

Upon destruction such disposition of any Notes, the Trustee shall issue a certificate of destruction disposition to the Co-Issuers upon its requestCompany and the Issuer.
