Common use of Disposition of Notes Retired Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Notes Retired. All Notes received by the Trustee and for whose purchase Trust Monies are applied under this Article 13, may, but shall not be required to, be promptly canceled and disposed of by the Trustee in accordance with its customary procedures unless the Trustee shall be otherwise directed by the Company or the Issuer; provided that the Trustee shall not be required to destroy any Notes. Upon such disposition of any Notes, the Trustee shall issue a certificate of disposition to the Company and the Issuer.
