Disposition of Partnership Property. The General Partner shall have the right, power and authority, without the consent of the Limited Partner, to sell, lease, exchange, or grant an option for the sale of all or any portion of the property of the Partnership, at such price or amount, for cash, securities or other property and upon such other terms as the General Partner in its discretion deems proper.
