Disposition of Pledged Bonds by Administrative Agent. The Borrower further agrees to do or cause to be done all such other reasonable acts and things as may be necessary to make any disposition or sale of any portion or all of the Pledged Bonds by the Administrative Agent permitted by this Agreement valid and binding and in compliance with applicable law, all at the Borrower’s expense.
