Common use of Disposition of Pledged Collateral Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Pledged Collateral. No Pledgor shall surrender or lose possession of (other than to the Administrative Agent or, with the prior consent of the Administrative Agent, to a depositary or financial intermediary), exchange, sell, convey, assign or otherwise dispose of or transfer the Pledged Collateral or any right, title or interest therein, other than as permitted under the Credit Agreement.
