DISPOSITION OF SITE DEVELOPMENT MATERIALS. The Sublessee acknowledges that, once placed by the Sublessee, the removal from the Sublease Premises of Site Development Materials can damage the Sublease Premises, adversely affect surface water drainage patterns, and destabilize adjacent structures.
