Common use of Disposition of Tenant’s Property Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Tenant’s Property. In addition to Landlord’s rights under Section 8.4 hereof, Landlord shall have the right to handle, remove, discard or store in a commercial warehouse or otherwise, at Tenant’s sole risk and expense, any of Tenant’s Property that is not removed by Tenant at the end of the Term. Landlord shall in no event be responsible for the value, preservation or safekeeping thereof. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, upon demand, any and all expenses incurred in such removal and all storage charges for such property so long as the same shall be in Landlord’s possession or under Landlord’s control.
