Common use of Disposition of the Settlement Fund Clause in Contracts

Disposition of the Settlement Fund. The Settlement Fund shall be applied as follows: (i) to pay all Notice and Administrative Costs; (ii) to pay the taxes described herein; (iii) after entry of the Final Approval Order, to pay the Fee, Cost, and Expense Award, and any Service Awards; and (iv) after the Effective Date, to distribute the Net Settlement Fund to Claimants in accordance with the Final Approval Order or any subsequent order of the Court.

Disposition of the Settlement Fund. The Settlement Fund shall be applied as follows: (i) to pay all Notice and Administrative Costs; (ii1) to pay the taxes described hereincosts of notice and the costs of administering the Settlement, as set forth in Section 6.4 below; (iii2) after entry of the Final Approval Order, to pay the Fee, Cost, any approved Attorneys’ Fee and Expense AwardPayment to Class Counsel, and any Service AwardsIncentive Award to the Class Representatives, as set forth in Section 7.1 and 7.2 below; and (iv3) after the Effective Date, to distribute the Net Settlement Fund to Claimants Settlement Class Members as set forth in accordance with the Final Approval Order or any subsequent order of the CourtSection 2.4 below.

Disposition of the Settlement Fund. The Settlement Fund shall be applied as follows: (ia) to pay all Notice and Administrative Costs, and to pay any taxes associated with the Settlement Fund; (ii) to pay the taxes described herein; (iiib) after entry of the Final Approval OrderEffective Date, to pay the Fee, Cost, and Expense Award, any Incentive Award, and any Service Awards; and (iv) after the Effective Date, to distribute the Net Settlement Fund Payments to Claimants in accordance with the Final Approval Order or any subsequent order of the Court.
