Common use of Disposition of Unexpended Funds Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Unexpended Funds. Any funds remaining in the Rebate Fund after prepayment and payment of the Certificates and the payments described in Subsection (a) above being made may be withdrawn by the District and utilized in any manner by the District.

Disposition of Unexpended Funds. Any funds remaining in the Rebate Fund after prepayment and payment in full of the Certificates and the fees and expenses of the Trustee, and the payments described in Subsection (aa)(iii) above being made may be withdrawn by the District and utilized in any manner by the District.

Disposition of Unexpended Funds. Any funds remaining in the Rebate Fund with respect to the Bonds and each series of Parity Bonds after prepayment payment in full of such issue and payment of after making the Certificates payments required to comply with this Section 3.7 and the payments described in Subsection (a) above being made applicable Tax Certificate for such issue may be withdrawn by the Trustee at the written direction of the District and utilized in any manner by the District.
