DISPOSITION OF UNWANTED ASSETS. At or prior to the Closing, the Company will make all arrangements and take all such actions as are necessary and satisfactory to IDG to dispose of, prior to the Effective Time, those assets of it or any Company Subsidiary that are listed in Schedule 6.10.
