Dispositions Not Authorized. No Grantor is authorized to sell or otherwise dispose of the Collateral except as set forth in Section 6.03 of the Credit Agreement and notwithstanding any course of dealing between any Grantor and the Collateral Agent or other conduct of the Collateral Agent, no authorization to sell or otherwise dispose of the Collateral (except as set forth in Section 6.03 of the Credit Agreement) shall be binding upon the Collateral Agent or the Secured Parties unless such authorization is in writing signed by the Collateral Agent with the consent or at the direction of the Required Secured Parties.

Dispositions Not Authorized. No Grantor Except as otherwise permitted under the Credit Agreement, none of the Grantors is authorized to sell or otherwise dispose of the Collateral except as set forth in Section 6.03 of the Credit Agreement and notwithstanding any course of dealing between any Grantor and the Collateral Agent or other conduct of the Collateral Agent, no authorization to sell or otherwise dispose of the Collateral (except as set forth in Section 6.03 of the Credit Agreement) shall be binding upon the Collateral Agent or the Secured Parties unless such authorization is in writing signed by the Collateral Agent with the consent or at the direction of the Required Secured PartiesAgent.

No Grantor is authorized to sell or otherwise dispose of the Collateral except as set forth in Section 6.03 5.9 of the Credit Agreement and notwithstanding any course of dealing between any Grantor and the Collateral Agent or other conduct of the Collateral Agent, no authorization to sell or otherwise dispose of the Collateral (except as set forth in Section 6.03 5.9 of the Credit Agreement) shall be binding upon the Collateral Agent or the Secured Parties unless such authorization is in writing signed by the Collateral Agent with the consent or at the direction of the Required Secured Parties.

No Except as permitted under the Credit Agreement, no Grantor is authorized to sell or otherwise dispose of the Collateral except as set forth in Section 6.03 of the Credit Agreement and notwithstanding any course of dealing between any Grantor and the Collateral Administrative Agent or other conduct of the Collateral Administrative Agent, no authorization to sell or otherwise dispose of the Collateral (except as set forth in Section 6.03 of the Credit Agreement) shall be binding upon the Collateral Administrative Agent or the other Secured Parties unless such authorization is contained in the Credit Agreement or in another writing signed by the Collateral Administrative Agent with the consent or at the direction of the Required Secured PartiesLenders.
