Dispositions of Common Stock. Any Holder who disposes of all of his, her or its Common Stock and all securities exercisable, or exchangeable for or convertible into, Common Stock in conformity with the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall cease to be a party to this Agreement and shall have no further rights and obligations hereunder.
