Dispositions of property to the Borrower or to a Restricted Subsidiary. provided that if the transferor of such property is a Subsidiary Guarantor that is not an Immaterial Subsidiary or the Borrower (i) the transferee thereof must either be the Borrower or another Subsidiary Guarantor that is not an Immaterial Subsidiary or (ii) to the extent such transaction constitutes an Investment, such transaction is permitted under Section 7.02 (other than by reason of Section 7.02(e));
