Common use of Dispositions of Tangibles and Miscellaneous Interests Clause in Contracts

Dispositions of Tangibles and Miscellaneous Interests. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the Grantor, acting reasonably and in accordance with prudent oil and gas industry practices, shall be entitled to: (a) dispose of Tangibles and Miscellaneous Interests which are not required to exploit the Petroleum and Natural Gas Rights comprised in the Properties; and (b) license geological, seismic and similar data comprised in the Properties on such terms and conditions as the Grantor considers appropriate.
