Common use of Dispossession Clause in Contracts

Dispossession. (a) At any time permissible pursuant to the terms of the Lease Documents, the Landlord may exercise any rights and remedies under the Lease Documents, including to the effect of consummating any actual or constructive dispossession of any Tenant from any Facility (any such dispossession as to such Facility, a “Dispossession”) and seeking a new tenant, and in respect of the Landlord Exclusive Assets.
