Any dispute arising between the parties shall be settled amicable through negotiations, and if they fail to reach agreement, the dispute shall be settled according to the Law of Georgia; Furthermore, in case of court dispute, the first instance court decision in favor of the Insurer is subject to immediate enforcement based on the Article 268 of the Georgian Civil Code. 8.2. For dispute settlement, the Parties are entitled to apply to the “Insurance Mediation” of the Non-entrepreneurial (Non-commercial) Legal Entity “Georgian Insurance Association” (ID 000000000) at the phone number: (+000 00) 0000000 or at the email: xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx., and in case of disagreement through the “Insurance Mediation”, Parties apply the Court according to the paragraph 8.1. 8.3. Each party shall indemnify the loss inflicted to the other party through its actions according to the procedure provided by the Law of Georgia.
