Dispute Escalation. The parties will in good faith endeavor to resolve any disputes or differences of interpretation of this Agreement amicably, through dialog and cooperation. In the event a dispute or difference is not promptly resolved at operational levels of the two organizations, the parties shall escalate it for a good faith effort to achieve an amicable resolution at a senior business management level.
