Dispute processes. (a) The parties may be legally represented in any Dispute resolution procedure. (b) The commencement or conduct of Dispute resolution procedures does not release the parties from their respective obligations under this document. (c) Nothing in this clause 33 prevents a party from seeking injunctive or urgent declaratory relief in respect of a Dispute or any matter arising in connection with this document.
