DISPUTE Prohibition. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section Section 5.1, neither [ ] any THIRD PARTY engaged in a DISPUTE with LICENSEE, nor their respective agents will be granted access to the FEU without the prior written consent of LICENSEE, which may be withheld in LICENSEE’s sole discretion.
