Dispute Resolution and Appeals. 12.1 The Parties will use all reasonable endeavours to negotiate in good faith, and settle amicably, any dispute that arises during the continuance of the Agreement. 12.2 All disputes shall be referred in the first instance to the Parties Representatives. 12.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved between the Parties Representatives within a maximum of 60 days, then the matter will be escalated to formal meeting between the Grant Manager and the LA’s Chief Executive (or equivalent). 12.4 Further escalation of issues or complaints will be handled in line with the FC’s complaints and appeals procedure on xxx.xx.
