Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Emergency Relief. All claims, disputes, and controversies of any kind, character, and nature between any parties to this Agreement relating to or arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or any transaction(s) contemplated by this Agreement as to the construction, validity, interpretation, meaning, performance, non-performance, enforcement, operation, or breach shall be submitted to arbitration pursuant to the following procedures:
