Dispute Resolution; Arbitrator Sample Clauses

Dispute Resolution; Arbitrator. In the event of a dispute arising between the Parties to this Agreement based on an alleged breach or default of this Agreement, any question of interpretation relating thereto, or any other question, conflict or dispute relating thereto or to the Parties’ rights or obligations hereunder, the mechanism prescribed in Section 12 of the JV Agreement for the resolution of disputes shall apply, mutatis mutandis.
