Dispute Resolution by Executive Management Representatives. If the Dispute is not resolved within fifteen (15) days of being referred to the LG&E/KU Contract Manager and the ITO Contract Manager pursuant to Section 8.3.2, then each Party shall have five (5) days to appoint an executive management representative who shall negotiate in good faith to resolve the Dispute.
