Dispute Resolution Decisions. 11.5.1 If the release of Deposits under Section 9 is determined in dispute-resolution procedures to have been proper, Escrow Agent shall promptly deliver, in accordance with the instructions specified in Section 9.3, any Deposits that have not previously been delivered.
