Dispute Resolution Decisions. 11.5.1 If the release of Deposits under Section 9 to ICANN is determined in Dispute Resolution Procedures to have been proper, Escrow Agent shall promptly deliver to ICANN, in accordance with the instructions specified in Section 9.3, any Deposits that have not previously been delivered.
