Dispute Resolution; Governing Law. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration through JAMS in Irvine, California, under the then current applicable rules of JAMS. Each party shall be responsible for its or his or her own costs and attorneys’ fees in connection with the arbitration, as well as half of the costs of the arbitration. The validity, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement shall be construed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of California.
