Dispute Resolution; Governing Law. a. The parties waive their rights to seek remedies in court, including any right to a jury trial. In the event of a dispute concerning any provision of this Agreement, either party may require the dispute to be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, New York under the commercial arbitration rules and procedures of FINRA. The parties agree that, to the extent permitted under such arbitration rules and procedures, the arbitrators selected shall be from the securities industry. Judgment upon any arbitration award may be entered by any state or federal court having jurisdiction. b.
