Common use of Dispute Resolution; Mediation; Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Dispute Resolution; Mediation; Jurisdiction. (a) In the event of any dispute, controversy or claim in any way arising out of or relating to the Transaction Matters (a “Dispute”), upon the written notice of any party hereto, the parties hereto shall attempt to negotiate a resolution of the Dispute. If the parties hereto are unable for any reason to resolve a Dispute within 30 days after the receipt of such notice, the Dispute shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with Section 11.8(b).

(a) In the event of any dispute, controversy or claim in any way arising out of or relating to the Transaction Matters this AGREEMENT (a “DisputeDISPUTE”), upon the written notice of any party either PARTY hereto, the parties PARTIES hereto shall attempt to negotiate a resolution of the DisputeDISPUTE. If the parties PARTIES hereto are unable for any reason to resolve a Dispute DISPUTE within 30 thirty (30) days after the receipt of such notice, the Dispute DISPUTE shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with Section 11.8(b)14.8(b) hereof.

If the parties hereto are unable for any reason to resolve a Dispute within 30 days after the receipt of such notice, the Dispute shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with Section 11.8(b)12.8(b) of this Agreement.

If the other parties hereto are unable for any reason to resolve a Dispute within 30 thirty (30) days after the receipt of such notice, the Dispute shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with Section 11.8(b4.07(b).

If the other parties hereto are unable for any reason to resolve a Dispute within 30 days after the receipt of such notice, the Dispute shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with Section 11.8(b21(b).

If the parties hereto are unable for any reason to resolve a Dispute within 30 days after the receipt of such notice, the Dispute shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with Section 11.8(b5.11(b).
